One-liner
San Francisco deathrock band Dead Prom Queens, Class of Never out now.
Short bio
Dead Prom Queens make camp-horror deathrock and trash goth post-punk: drum machines and handclaps, fuzzy bass, cheap synth stabs and a jangling guitar. Their first album, Class of Never, came out in 1996 and plays like a night at the prom, from the crowning to the last slow dance.
Based in San Francisco and active since 1993, the band is fronted by Cilla Hex, with Dead Wren Walking and Ellis Static.
